Duties & Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring of Mikrotik components, Cisco components, Wireless Access points, Wireless PTPs, Routers, Switches, Servers, CCTV, Network Printers and other network related components.
- Troubleshooting network and wireless links issues.
- Repairing or replacing damaged network components.
- Upgrading the entire devices to ensure performance.
- Providing IT support to customers and establishing good relationships with them.
- Installation and configuration of firewall, web filtering, packet filtering and bandwidth management.
- Reporting to the managements of daily activities.
- Work more times in case of force majeure.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from recognized BCS faculty or any other related field
- Mikrotik MTCNA Skills.
- Knowledge of Network+
- Knowledge of Cisco CCNA is in advantageous.
- Familiar with UBNT devices and configuration.
- Experience in relevant field is advantageous.
- Ability to work as an active member of the organization.
- To be flexible, having positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability for travel to other provinces (Herat mostly).
- Good interpersonal skills
